Being an Integrative Counsellor means that I draw upon a range of therapeutic models, such as person-centred, CBT, psychodynamic and gestalt, tailoring them in a way that suits your needs. What matters most however is the therapeutic relationship between us, as this is where safety, security and trust is built, laying a foundation for change to take place.
I am a firm believer of supporting and empowering others and I believe that every person has within them the potential for change and growth.

Our Counselling Sessions
The therapy space is a supportive and understanding space for you to explore whatever you would like to bring. It may be that you want to start therapy addressing something and then this changes for you- that's completely ok.
In the therapeutic space we can explore emotions, thoughts, patterns, behaviours, struggles, coping strategies and more. It is a time for you to unpack, explore, question, process and move forward at a pace and direction that suits you.
It is also a space to build on your strengths and resilience , increase self- awareness and understanding, to grow and begin to thrive again. Therapy can support you to re-connect and re-discover who you are, your wants and your needs and to overall make sense of yourself and life around you.
